As an R2Group customer, you are entitled to 24/7 live technical and billing support through our online trouble ticket system and our toll-free customer care line. R2Group also offers two levels of service that go a step further. Our Premium Tech Support covers all accounts while the Per-Incident Support service is for self-managed dedicated servers. Each of these options takes R2Group's commitment of service to a higher level, providing an added level of peace of mind.

Get immediate 24/7 access to Tier III Tech Support. R2Group's Premium Tech Support program means you are guaranteed a response to your trouble ticket within 30 minutes of submission.

Each additional ticket submitted is $3.00.

Level 1-R2Group's staff will provide 2 hours a month for any text or photographic changes your site needs. The base fee for this service is $29.95 per month. This service also covers 5 trouble ticket support request per month.
Level 2-R2Group's staff will provide 4 hours a month to make needed text or photographic changes to your site. Webmaster Plus deletion of your server logs* if requested. The base fee for this service is $49.95 per month. This service also covers 10 trouble ticket support request per month.
